PRELIMINARIES

  • Have the history of every order/quote I have submitted
  • Approve my quotes automatically on my personal site
  • Monitor the status of my current order
  • Write a comment about my order (to see a response I have to log back into my personal account)
  • Go to marketstreetprint.com
  • Scroll down on the home page until I reach the Customer Login box
  • Click the Register Link to become a new user
  • Fill out all the following fields required* (Name, address, phone, email address, password, and security code)
  • Click Submit
  • Automatically logs me into my personal account – I can request a quote, place an order, view job status or view job and quote history
  • I will also receive an email from print@marketstreetprint.com thanking me for registering. Print out the email and write down my password so don’t forget.
  • Go to marketstreetprint.com
  • Click on a product category link
  • On the right hand side under price calculator choose the following items Quantity, Imprint Color, Paper
  • Enter my zip code
  • Type in my email address and I will receive a price

  • Logo in my personal account
  • Under “My Account” at the top navigation bar Click “My Quote”
  • Click “Request Quote”
  • Fill in the following fields – Quote Title, Quote Type (Existing Product or Custom Product), Quantity, Size, Paper/Stock, Sides/Pages, Coating, Lamination, Additional Detail, Upload Artwork (If I have it) and Security Code (located underneath the text field)
  • Click “Submit”
  • I will get an email confirmation thank you for your quote and Market Street Print will give an estimate price within 1 business day.
  • Market Street Print will respond to my quote request and I will receive an email
  • To turn my quote into a job log into my personal account at marketstreetprint.com
  • Click “My Account” then Click “My Quote”
  • Click Approve Quote or Reject
  • 1st link on left – New Paragraph
    • Type in text on the right hand side under text element, can change font, font size, style or color
    • 1st link on left – New Paragraph
  • 2nd link on left – Add Image
    • Upload my own image or browse one of our images
    • Choose the image I like and it will automatically be placed on Design I am currently working on
  • 3rd link on left – Add Text
  • Click on the Add Text button (3rd link on the left hand side) on the right hand side type in description
    • I can change the font, font color, size
    • To change position of text click on the text box and drag to the location you want to place it at
  • 4th link on left – Shapes
    • Select shape either rectangle, rectangle with rounded corners, circle or a line
    • Left click and hold down my mouse and drag the shape to how big you want it on your item
  • 5th link on left – Create New QR Code
    • Click on Create New QR Code
    • Enter the name of the QR code for identification
    • Select QR Type from the drop down menu and click submit
    • QR image will pop up and click on image and it will place into my design
  • 6th link on left – Templates
    • Change your template if I want a new one
  • If my item has a "Back" click on the link at the top and enter your information.
  • To delete a text box or image click on the item and press delete on your keyboard or click on the red trashcan at the top
  • Log into my personal account
  • Click a link under products category
  • Scroll down the page on the right hand side under “What would you like to do?” click on one of the following links: “Browse Design”, “Custom Design” or “Upload Design”
    • UPLOAD DESIGN:
      • Name your Artwork in the box below
      • Click on Select File
      • Click on Check out
      • Fill in Quantity
      • Select Imprint Color (B/W or Color)
      • Select type of paper
      • Read and Checkmark the “I agree to Terms of Use”
      • Click Save & Add to Cart
      • I will come to the “Order Details Page” – Review my order before clicking Continue
      • Click “Continue”
      • I will come to Payment/Shipping Details
        • Double Check Billing Information is Correct
        • Enter Credit Card Information or Click on Check
        • Select Shipping Method
        • Enter any additional comments if needed
        • Click On Order Complete
        • Print your Order Confirmation (you will also receive an email copy as well)
    • BROWSE DESIGN:
      • Click a design that I want to use
      • Click “Customize”
      • I will be directed to the online design page
  • Click on the “Add Text” button (3rd link on the left hand side) on the right hand side type in description
    • I change the font, font color, size
    • To change position of text click on the text box and drag to the location I want to place it
  • Click on the “Add Text” button on the right hand side type in description
  • Click on the “Back link” at the top and change and personalize the back of my item
  • To Review my design click on “Design Preview PDF” at the top of the page. A pdf will download to your “downloads folder”
  • When I am done finalizing my design and ready to print click the continue link top right hand corner with the shopping card.
  • Enter a Design name of the piece I just created and Click “Save” (ex: Holiday Flyer)
    • Click “Save & Add to Cart”
    • I will be automatically directed to the “Order Details Page” – Review my order before clicking Continue
    • Click “Continue”
    • I will come to Payment/Shipping Details
      • Double Check Billing Information is Correct
      • Enter Credit Card Information or Click on Check
      • Select Shipping Method

Online Printing System is a prepress process that bridges the gap between online digital content and commercial print production. The process allows a print house, a client or a graphic designer to create, edit, and approve computer-based online templates during the prepress phase. This process increasingly calls for a Portable Document Format (PDF) workflow environment with output provided by digital printing.

This solution will make your company run more efficiently and profitably by streamlining your business processes, maximizing your resources and eliminating redundant operations.

PRODUCTS

There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.

2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.

3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.

The type of paper used for difference purposes is expressed in weight. In the countries following the European system, it is grammes per square metre (gsm or g/m2 or simply g) and in the US system it is Pound (lb).

The paper used for writing/printing (letterheads and such stationery) is generally between 60 to 120 gsm (20 to 70 lb) and is called the paper or text stock. Anything heavier than this is considered the card stock, i.e. the paper used for business cards, postcards, invitations, etc. We carry card stock from 65 lb - 130 lb.

Coated papers are available in two finishes – glossy (shiny and smooth) and matt (flat and lusterless). Coated glossy papers reflect the light evenly so they are suitable for almost all types of printing jobs. Glossy papers have a good ink holdout, which is important for creating sharp, bright images.

PRINTING

We have accurately mapped color pallet to match RGB to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing.

300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file.

We use digital printing, which provides the high quality of print material for both text and images.

PRICING

No, the price list indicates basic prices of products against the speculative quantities. The prices are calculated with regard to the most basic paper/card types, sizes and single side printing. As you know, the final printing cost depends on many parameters: paper/card weights or thickness (GSM/Pt), glossy or matt finish, color or b/w, square or rounded corners, single or double side printing, quantity, destination shipping charges and the mode of transport. Please use the indicative prices for calculating the basic cost. Once you place the order using the above parameters, we will quickly mail you the final, exact cost.
